National Programs
National Team Programs
USA Deaf Basketball fields competitive national teams across multiple divisions, representing the United States at the highest levels of international deaf basketball.
Men's National Program
The USA Men's Deaf Basketball National Team competes at the Deaflympics, World Deaf Basketball Championships, and Pan American Championships. The program identifies and develops elite deaf male athletes from across the country, preparing them to represent the United States on the world stage.

Development Programs
Player & Youth Development
Building the foundation of deaf basketball in America through structured youth programs, elite camps, and high school recognition.
Youth Development Program
The USA Deaf Basketball Youth Development Program introduces deaf and hard-of-hearing youth to the game of basketball in a supportive, accessible environment. The program partners with schools for the deaf, community organizations, and local leagues to grow participation at the grassroots level.
Eligibility
Deaf and hard-of-hearing youth ages 8–18
High School All-Star Program
The USA Deaf Basketball High School All-Star Program recognizes and showcases the top deaf high school basketball players in the country. Selected athletes participate in an annual All-Star showcase event, gaining exposure to college and national team scouts.

Deaf and hard-of-hearing high school students (grades 9–12)
Player Development Camps
USA Deaf Basketball Player Development Camps provide intensive skill-building experiences for deaf and hard-of-hearing players at all levels. Camps are led by national team coaches and staff, focusing on individual skill development, team concepts, and national team identification.

USA Deaf Basketball Officials Program
The USA Deaf Basketball Officials Program (Deaf Basketball Officials) develops and certifies deaf and hard-of-hearing basketball officials at all levels. The program creates pathways for deaf officials to work at local, regional, national, and international competitions, including DIBF-sanctioned events.
